I started Move With Lorain because I saw a gap in postpartum wellness—too many programs either rushed the recovery process or ignored the unique physical and emotional needs of new moms.

With a degree in Exercise Physiology, I’ve spent years studying how the body adapts, heals, and rebuilds. But it wasn’t until I started working with postpartum women that I realized how underserved they are. That’s why I created a space focused entirely on moms—gentle, effective fitness rooted in science, not pressure.

My approach is simple:
